SCT X4 Power Flash Programmer

This review is more for Torrie than the tuner itself being I've only had it a few days, but the support from Torrie is AMAZING. Very quick to answer any and all questions, even on the weekends. I have not seen this level of customer service from any company in many years. He goes well above and beyond what anyone could ever expect.

Right off the bat, I wanted to leave off 1 star because something SCT should utilize better -- WiFi. This device has wifi for upgrading firmware, which is a welcome feature in it self, but why stop there? Wireless file transfer of tune revisions and datalogs to another device (mobile ideally) would make the requirement for a PC nonexistent as "personal computing" is moving in a different direction anyway. With that out of the way -- Torrie is what makes this device 5 star worthy. His level of customer service and response time is second to none. I heard great things about Unleashed when I had my Focus ST and when Torrie opened support to my new Fusion Sport, when the aftermarket was scarce, made the decision a quick one. Thank you again and look forward to continuing to work with you on more E30 revisions!

Tuner works very well, easy to use. Customer service is unreal, Torrie is very quick to reply and very informative. Got the product way faster than I thought I would.

First time tuning. I emailed my tuning questions to Torrie, and he responded immediately with clear, direct answers. But, get this - Torrie was working through and in Hurricane Irma while he was emailing me! Torrie provides incredible customer service. Torrie's tune works so well, after installing his tune I was literally laughing during my first drive. An amazing driving experience. This car, a Fusion Sport 2.7L EcoBoost, has run smoothly and confidently since it was new from the dealership, it's a beautiful car; but Torrie's tune has elevated this car into a whole new league. Smooth idling, smooth performance throughout my daily commute, and an immense reservoir of torque whose depths I have yet to plumb. Carpe diem.

Once you come to understand the programming & logging process it's fairly straight forward.

I really like this tuner and its features. Not only will it load your tunes and clear DTCs, it has gauges and data logging capabilities. Its compact size is much nicer than the SCTs from a few years back. Even with it's more compact size, the gauges are clear and navigating through the functions is easy. Software programs from SCT (Live Link and Device Updater) are user friendly even for guys with no data logging experience. When loaded with Unleashed Tunes, it is an outstanding value and a major bang for the buck. It's money well spent and I have no regrets purchasing my X4.

Really picks up and goes like a bat out of hell compared to factory software shifts right through all the gears smoothly and on top of all that great customer service answered all my concerns and questions next vehicle i get im going directly through here for a tune!
