Purchased this item for my 2011 Ford Taurus SHO. It is very simple to install just follow screen prompts. I pulled the stratagy code as Torrie asked, so he could write the custom tune. its night and day over the factory tune. Great Job Torrie keep you your hard work!!!

Livewire programmer
I highly recommend the Livewire programmer, since you can monitor all the parameters. The back up camera is a plus. I also highly recommend Unleashed as a tunning source for your vehicle. Torrie did an excellent job on the tunes I received from him for my 2015 F150 2.7 ecoboost. The truck feels like normal when driving around town, but that pedal delay is gone! But once you jump on the gas it wakes up!! Part and mid throttle are excellent! Full throttle, the truck is a whole different animal!!! Leaving a 5ft patch of rubber when WOT from 1st-2nd gear puts a huge smile on my face!! I also gained 1.5 mpg so far. Customer service is outstanding!! Torrie gets back to you by email in less than a minute sometimes. If not a minute, he gets back to you within minutes to a half hour. Not 24hrs+ like other places. I'm happy that I went with Unleashed.

This is a high quality product.. The package came on time, the product was well packaged and the instructions were very clear. I have had this programmer just a few days but I love it so far. Torrie has been a great help before and after the sale. I have no problem recommending unleashed and this product to my friends.

easy to use
This tuner is great, it's easy to set up and navigate. It looks great in the car plus has an a ray of gauges to keep track of your cars health in real time. This is my first product from unleashed and I am more than pleased with the service and product they have provided thus far.
