Spoke with Torrie and then ordered 3 tunes . When I sent my vehicle info I had 3 tunes sent to me within 20 minutes. It was so fast I couldn't believe it. When I loaded up the 91 performance tune it was like I had a whole new truck. Amazing product and even better service.
I have an unleashed tuned 2.7 ecoboost f150. My truck is not fun to drive, and shifts better.
But, what's more important than that is, you can count on Torrie EVERY time. He will reply to every email. Promptly. And help you if you can. I chose another reputable tuner first because they offered a supplemental warranty. But it seemed that once they had all my money, they were much less interested in replying to emails.
Torrie will take care of you, and be transparent in the process.
I have purchased mpt tunes and used a tune from ssi. Mpt tunes didn't fix the engine light coming on and remote start never worked. They said it was nothing on there end. SSI gave me a tune for free and Sean stated, " I give you this tune for free and you will pay me after you drive with this tune." He gave me the tune and downloaded it. The tune is very fast but at full throttle it hesitated in and out of rpms. He said sorry there must be something wrong with your truck I cant help you, Thank god I never paid for a tune that didn't work right. I then saw all the great reviews on unleashed tuning and decided to go for it. Well Torrie has a great tune my engine light is gone and my electric start works. Tune is still very fast and met my expectations. I want to thank Torrie for getting me a great tune very smooth shifts and tons for torque! Thanks Jim.
This has been a great experience right from the start. I was unsure how much a tune could really change the performance of my truck initially. However, the first great launch from a dig and watching my dashboard air freshener fly past my head and into the back of the cab was enough to prove me wrong! This truck absolutely hauls ass now. I have never reviewed anything I purchased, but wanted to this time. I contacted Torrie after hearing nothing but great reviews. He told me he was still working out some quirks for my vehicle, but he had solid tunes for it. He said he would provide free tune updates when he was totally satisfied. I appreciated this honesty and this made me want to work with him even more. I ordered a 93 octane performance and 93 performance/tow tune. I have installed the 93 performance tune and cannot be happier. MUCH improved torque/power (smooth and linear – no flat spots) and transmission shifting is much improved too. I am comparing Torrie’s 93 performance tune to the stock tune, the 93 octane SCT box tune, and another 93 performance/tow & 93 performance tune from a well-known tuning company (that I was extremely disappointed with). Like other reviewers my customer service experience was great. As I said I’m super pleased, I haven’t noticed any quirks, but can’t wait for Torrie’s final product – I’m sure it will be better than ever.
I had numerous people tell me about Torrie's tunes and finally heard enough and made the purchase and it was hands down the best mod for my truck. Torrie's customer service is the best I have ever had from any business. No matter what time of day you reach out to him at, he will reply usually within 10 minutes. I would say 24 hours is a reasonable response time. But 10 minutes is just spoiling the market!
In response to his tunes, my truck has never felt so good and so dialed in. He has hit the nail on the head and I am very satisfied with the power output of my truck. I will be staying with Torrie for as long as I own my truck.

All Warranties on this part are the Manufacturers. The Seller Unleashed Tuning LLC hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Unleashed Tuning LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the part. This disclaimer by the seller, Unleashed Tuning LLC in no way affects the terms of the manufacturers warranties.
Parts can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed/used, Special order, Electrical parts, HPTuners credits, Custom vehicle calibrations or software. Freight charges are not refundable. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit.
To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. When shipping the return, this RA# must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without an RA# are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Canadian Orders are eligible for a return or exchange subject to the above conditions. Eligible returns and exchanges will not be refunded the cost of shipping on the original order. Duties and taxes paid on the original order must be must be refunded through the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). A link to the required B2G form and CBSA instructions to request a refund of duties and taxes is below.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the case of manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error.
1. Contact an Unleashed Tuning Customer Care Specialist at email@example.com
2. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RA#, and email you detailed return instructions.
3. Clearly write and/or affix the RA# on the package and return to the address specified in the email.
4. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, Unleashed Tuning offers discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs. Unleashed Tuning will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, Unleashed Tuning will provide a prepaid return shipping label. To obtain the return shipping label, follow the above return procedure.

Unleashed Tuning will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor reimburse labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Items that include all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition may be returned for exchange. Simply follow the standard Unleashed Tuning returns procedure.
Will I have to pay a restocking fee?
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. These items qualify for a refund, less the restocking fee and any return shipping costs. As with all returns, these items are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
If the return is due to manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error, we pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. In this case, we encourage you to take advantage of our discounted return shipping labels. Ask your Customer Care Specialist for details.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
First, verify whether the item you ordered is the item you actually received. Simply compare the part number on the shipping receipt to the part number on your email order receipt.
If the numbers do not match, we may have shipped the wrong part number. Just contact us at email@example.com. We'll process your return, exchange the item for the correct part (if available) and send you a prepaid UPS shipping label for your return item.
