Very happy with purchase. I can't see a way to attach pictures but I have dragy verified times to prove on an others stock Ford Edge Sport a 93tune from Unleashed will take over a half second off your 0-60. Very noticeable difference. Will recommend and purchase again.
I loved my car before, but I always saw the amazing things a tune can do to the ecoboost engine and wanted to know what it is like. Beginning the process, the customer service was unbelievable. Rapid replies from Torrie made the process fly by. He has been impressively helpful throughout the process, refining the tune until perfection. Tuning the car was easy. I hooked up the tuner to my phone’s hotspot and downloaded the tune files easily, then just let it do its thing. The car is a totally different vehicle. The wall of torque is astonishing. It is explosive from lower rpm’s but the top end power is shocking. First time my uncle drove it with the new tune, he squinted in surprise and asked “is your speedometer right”? He couldn’t believe how much faster the car is. Also, the torque down low is so much better I can finally use my 6th gear below 75 comfortably. This has meant better fuel economy but also a much easier car to drive. I can shift earlier, the revs drop so much faster, and the car sounds better in the top end. Overall, bang for your buck can’t be beaten for a tune like this, and the tuner is amazingly easy to use as well.

I did a ton of research on which tune would be best for its price. A ton of research on which would make the best horsepower and torque. I have a Stage 3 S550 and Unleashed has basically made my Mustang a whole different car! Great job Torrie!
All I can say is wow! I bought the Rev X with one custom tune from unleashed and this company has greatly exceeded all expectations. The tune provided was a 93 performance tune. The tune feels perfect. The shifts are butter smooth. Power delivery is smooth throughout and continues to pull all the way to the red line. This is my daily driver so I asked not to make the throttle response to sensitive. They did exactly what I asked. Throttle response is more responsive but not sensitive...big difference. Lastly, I was driving normal and just decided to have some fun to see what the tune can really do so I floored it and it chirped tires in 2nd and third gear. Crazy. Never felt anything like this from a pickup truck. Made my F150 ECOBOOST come alive. Oh yeah one more thing. Customer service is hands down the best I have ever had from any company. Responds to a customer immediately!
I am new to getting into cars I only know what i research. I have a 2018 Ecoboost mustang with an MBRP exhaust. K/N Cold air intake and a turbo smart dual port BOV. I reached out to Torrie via email before I even purchased the tune because I had questions. Torrie was fast and open. Explain the price and how it works. Super fast and simple. Just tell him what the car has and he’ll write you a tune. Let me tell you. After the exhaust and down pipe I thought I had a new car. Plug the tune in. And she’s even louder. Meaner and so definitely powerful. Honestly crazy what a tune can do with such few simple mods. Cars sitting at aprox 370HP 420TQ. And it feels it without a doubt. Oh and I never do reviews of anything i purchase but I wanted to put out the good word.
Torrie did a great job with the tune on my F-150. Shifting and power is greatly improved and he definitely lives up to the comments and reputation described in past reviews.

The Seller Unleashed Tuning LLC hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Unleashed Tuning LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the part. This disclaimer by the seller, Unleashed Tuning LLC in no way affects the terms of the manufacturers warranties.
Parts can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed/used, Special order, Electrical parts, HPTuners credits, Custom vehicle calibrations or software. Freight charges are not refundable. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit.
To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. When shipping the return, this RA# must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without an RA# are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Canadian Orders are eligible for a return or exchange subject to the above conditions. Eligible returns and exchanges will not be refunded the cost of shipping on the original order. Duties and taxes paid on the original order must be must be refunded through the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). A link to the required B2G form and CBSA instructions to request a refund of duties and taxes is below.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the case of manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error.
1. Contact an Unleashed Tuning Customer Care Specialist at email@example.com
2. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RA#, and email you detailed return instructions.
3. Clearly write and/or affix the RA# on the package and return to the address specified in the email.
4. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, Unleashed Tuning offers discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs. Unleashed Tuning will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, Unleashed Tuning will provide a prepaid return shipping label. To obtain the return shipping label, follow the above return procedure.

Unleashed Tuning will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor reimburse labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Items that include all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition may be returned for exchange. Simply follow the standard Unleashed Tuning returns procedure.
Will I have to pay a restocking fee?
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. These items qualify for a refund, less the restocking fee and any return shipping costs. As with all returns, these items are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
If the return is due to manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error, we pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. In this case, we encourage you to take advantage of our discounted return shipping labels. Ask your Customer Care Specialist for details.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
First, verify whether the item you ordered is the item you actually received. Simply compare the part number on the shipping receipt to the part number on your email order receipt.
If the numbers do not match, we may have shipped the wrong part number. Just contact us at email@example.com. We'll process your return, exchange the item for the correct part (if available) and send you a prepaid UPS shipping label for your return item.
