    Unleashed was actually my second choice after my first choice told me they didn't have the new program for the tuner I own. (SCT GTX) So I looked around different forums and read a lot of good stuff about you guys so I gave you a try. All I gotta say is, the difference was like night and day. I used to own a '12 f150 ecoboost and the tunes I had on it I could barely tell the difference between stock and performance tune. I now own a '16 ecoboost and with Unleashed's custom performance tunes like I said, the difference between stock and performance was night and day! I thought sport mode was awesome on my truck. With your 87 octane performance tune HOLY SH*T! My truck just wants to go! I haven't tried the 93 octane tune yet. Just waiting til I'm almost outta gas lol. (36 gal tank lol) But I'm sure I won't be disappointed. You got a new loyal customer with me!

    The only criticism I have is it takes Torrie about 5 minutes to respond to my email. I was hoping for 3 minutes! May need a little more boost Torrie!

    All kidding aside, it’s been over a year running Torrie’s tunes and just as important as the exceptional customer service from both Torrie and Leslie, I can trust his tunes. Knowing I can drive WOT and not have to worry about a meltdown while with the same tune drive in city traffic with smooth shifts and better mileage over the stock tune is awesome. Like I say, you have to trust where the tune comes from and Torrie has proven to be the man! Thanks again Torrie!!

    I can’t say enough good words about Torrie and his Customer service, let alone his tunes. I have been running them for a year and have tubes from two other tuners. I have put them all through the works and through data logging have always had the best numbers with Torrie. Anyone who is looking to keep their gas mileage with a 93 performance tune needs to buy from Torrie. The power comes on very smooth and heavy but retains great driveability on the highway to retain cruising gas mileage. I sometimes try my others tunes... but always return to my Unleashed ones and ask myself.. why did I change?

    I purchased the 93 tune & 93 tow tunes, both are amazing!
    When I first ordered the tunes I was having issues with my transmission which turned out to be a problem from a previous tune. Torrie revised my tune over & over again until I finally figured out it was just a trans problem. The dealership changed my strategy code when they serviced my truck, I emailed Torrie to see if he would send me the tune for the code, I had it within an hour. Hands down the best customer service out there.

    It took me months to decide on who would tune my truck... I drive my truck a lot for work and personal, towing a 37ft camper, I wanted someone who would get the extra power Ford had left on the table, but also wanted to be safe. After doing research I went with Unleashed, not for price, not because he advertised the highest horsepower but because every single review said Torrie had "THE BEST" customer service. I will tell you as a customer for his tunes and now more...he does treat you like you are his only customer and values you as a customer... The tunes opened the truck up a lot... With a revision for a firmer shift for me o can actually say the truck feels and drives like a whole new truck... I'm in love again. Thanks Torrie

    Torrie is awesome. Great communication and very fast responses. Tunes are incredible. Truck is super responsive and the transmission feels great as well.

    I'm very pleased with my 93 performance and 93 tow tunes for my 2013 ecoboost. Totally different truck now great performance and shifting, even picked up some Mpg

    I have always debated getting a tune for my truck, but was overwhelmed with the options out there. I finally decided to try Unleashed for my tuning needs. The customer service is great, super fast response time at almost any time of the day/night. Torrie sent me out the first tune (93 Performance) and I was amazed with what it did to my truck. The pre-loaded tunes on my device were a lot of fun, but cannot even compare to tune I have from Torrie as of now. I am only 1 revision into the tune so far, but it feels like I am driving a completely different truck. The part throttle acceleration is so much better, and the throttle response is how I wished the truck was when it was stock. Full throttle is a story of it's own, tons of power and the shifting feels great. I am so much happier with my truck now. I also picked up about 3MPG highway on my 700 mile road trip that I make about 4 times a year. The savings in gas will probably end up paying for the tune. Thanks Torrie!

Warranty policy

All Warranties on this part are the Manufacturers. The Seller Unleashed Tuning LLC hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Unleashed Tuning LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the part. This disclaimer by the seller, Unleashed Tuning LLC in no way affects the terms of the manufacturers warranties.

Return policy

Parts  can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed/used, Special order, Electrical parts, HPTuners credits, Custom vehicle calibrations or software. Freight charges are not refundable. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. 

To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. When shipping the return, this RA# must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without an RA# are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Canadian Returns

Canadian Orders are eligible for a return or exchange subject to the above conditions. Eligible returns and exchanges will not be refunded the cost of shipping on the original order. Duties and taxes paid on the original order must be must be refunded through the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). A link to the required B2G form and CBSA instructions to request a refund of duties and taxes is below.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the case of manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error.

Return Procedure

1. Contact an Unleashed Tuning Customer Care Specialist at leslie@unleashedtuning.com

2. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RA#, and email you detailed return instructions.

3. Clearly write and/or affix the RA# on the package and return to the address specified in the email.

4. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, Unleashed Tuning offers discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs. Unleashed Tuning will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is broken or defective, Unleashed Tuning will provide a prepaid return shipping label. To obtain the return shipping label, follow the above return procedure.

Restocking Fees

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. These items qualify for a refund, less the restocking fee and any return shipping costs, when returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.

Non-Returnable Products

No refunds on parts that have been installed/used, Special order, Electrical parts, HPTuners credits, Custom vehicle calibrations or software. Freight charges are not refundable. No refunds after 30 days.

"Large Print" Disclosures

Authorized items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. Items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued.

Unleashed Tuning may issue a refund in good faith prior to receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to rescind such refunds if the item fails inspection upon arrival.

Unleashed Tuning will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor reimburse labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.

How do I return an item? 

Contact an Unleashed Tuning Customer Care Specialist at leslie@unleashedtuning.com. We will provide you with an RA#, which is required for all returns, and email you detailed return instructions.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Items that include all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition may be returned for exchange. Simply follow the standard Unleashed Tuning returns procedure.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

First, verify whether the item you ordered is the item you actually received. Simply compare the part number on the shipping receipt to the part number on your email order receipt.

If the numbers do not match, we may have shipped the wrong part number. Just contact us at leslie@unleashedtuning.com. We'll process your return, exchange the item for the correct part (if available) and send you a prepaid UPS shipping label for your return item.
